Refund Policy

Pre-Launch (Current)
AuditEase is currently in pre-launch. No payments are collected at this time. Joining the waitlist is free and does not obligate you to purchase anything.
At Launch — Monthly Plans
When AuditEase opens to paying customers, the following refund policy applies to monthly subscriptions:
- 30-day money-back guarantee — if you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact us for a full refund, no questions asked.
- After 30 days — no refunds are issued for partial billing periods. You may cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
At Launch — Annual Plans
For annual subscriptions:
- 30-day money-back guarantee — full refund available within the first 30 days.
- After 30 days — we will issue a prorated refund for unused months remaining in your annual term, less any applicable processing fees.
Early Access Pricing
Early access members lock in their pricing for life. If you cancel and later rejoin, standard pricing at the time of rejoining applies. We are not able to reinstate early access pricing once a subscription has been cancelled.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@auditease.app with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email address. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
